SDF pipeline pressurized axial flow fan is a medium pressure, low-noise, and high-efficiency axial flow fan. The motor is a built-in structure, and the impeller is installed on the motor shaft for direct transmission. There are airflow guide blades behind the impeller.

CLASSIFICATION
Fans are divided into 16 types according to their numbers, ranging from 3.5 # to 11.2 #, with air volumes ranging from 4000 to 60000m3/h. The full pressure range is from 340 to 690Pa. I. II and III represent different blade angles.
BX silencing fans are divided into: BX1、BX2。
The BX1 fan casing does not come with a muffler, but the inlet and outlet are equipped with mufflers; The BX2 type fan is equipped with mufflers on the exterior and inlet/outlet ports. The length of the muffler is 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm, and 2000mm; Users can customize the length according to their needs.

Processing technology
The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, the blades are hydraulically formed after stamping, and the blades are welded and assembled with the hub. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.
The outer cylinder flange is made by integral flanging and spinning. In order to maintain consistency with the installation size of the user, the company's products will not drill holes on the flange unless otherwise specified by the user.
Wind vent muffler (optional) mold hydraulic/flanging and spinning forming. The inner layer is made of galvanized sound-absorbing microporous plate, and the interlayer is made of high-temperature resistant sound-absorbing cotton.
